Anyone with a trailer....
Let's see 'em! With the NFL lockout last season, by the time it got sorted out I didn't have time to go the custom route so I just bought a nice stock haulmark 16x7 vnose transport to get me through the season. I outfitted it with a nice automatic Winegard HD directv dish on the roof to show early games. This summer I am looking for something a little more custom, maybe one of those porch trailers. Build quality is important to me as I do put some road miles on it with away games, heading up to 1200 miles each way to Miami. For that reason I have been a little leery of not going with an established name which most of these bbq trailers aren't.
Anyway, if you have any thoughts or pics of your enclosed trailer, post 'em here. Here is a pic of my setup from a tailgate party at Baltimore and at Philly.

My dream is to get a trailer from these guys when my finds permit. The owner is a fellow brother here and they have a spot in the Brethren ventures forum with a bunch of different builds.
ps: If you bring that much beer to a single football game I wanna party with you guys http://www.extremebbqtrailers.com/ |

lol, i'll keep ya in mind. It doesn't suck at all, got nothing but great things to say about haulmark, especially their better trim levels. The thing tows great and is solid. I just want something that is a little more custom and works better for us on game days. Unfortunately, due to NFL guidelines, almost every lot only opens 4-5 hours before kickoff. I have brought my setup times down to 45 minutes but really need the right trailer to get me to 20 minutes. My cleanup times are not as good and need improvement there. I'd also like something that incorporates a good vertical smoker that i can use for comps which i am shooting to do by next summer.
