Cooking ribs and chicken for my cousin’s wedding this summer and wondering what ratio of ribs to chicken you think I should prepare? The couple wants to try to stick to one main meat per person, not both for everyone. Would you do 65% ribs to 35% chicken? Am I high on ribs?
