Well...I Phorgot to take pics of the Phish on the grill but here's a old pic...

I got a big chunk from my Mom this week and she allready had seasoned it.
UnPhortunatly the Phish sticked to the grill so I couldn't get it off in a whole piece.
Maybe it sticked to the grate because there was no olive oil on the Phish.
Also made some porkbelly chops,these were seasoned with Tony Chachere's.

It was the Phirst time I made rice on the grill...since I'm BBQing I haven't ate rice alot.
Usually when I cook rice I use a electric rice cooker,never have made rice in a pan bePhore.
To the rice I added water and some leftover juices from beePh...I saved those juices from beePh that was resting in Phoil after smoking.
This gave the rice a beePhy and smokey Phlavour.

In the other CI pan there's onion,garlic,tomato,small pieces of rib tips,green beans,butter,salt,pepper.

Made a gravy out of butter,flour,chardonnay,lime juice,salt,pepper.

It's a very tasty Phish I must say.
If you can Phind it...buy it!
