I usually go with half a rack per person (assuming you have sides and other food available). If you have a bunch of big eaters, plan a rack per person.

^^^^ and if you are serving other meats you can probably go down to three or four bone portions, so probably three servings per rack.

Depends on the appetite, the sides, etc. I'd say two, no more than three people per rack.

If I do just ribs half a rack per person is good. If there is another meat maybe a quarter a rack. This is also assuming a couple of sides too.

2 people per rack if you're lucky. It all depends on whether or not you have another protein choice and how many sides you are going to be serving.

All of the above, and really depends on how good the ribs are. In the old days we'd lave LOTS of leftovers... Now, at roughly 1 rack per person, we run out... Quality Q goes fast.

If you've got other barbecue and beans and potato salad, etc. you should be able to get 3 per rack.

It depends on how you cook your ribs. If you're a good cook, plan on about 1/2 rack per person. If you're a REALLY good cook, plan on 1-2 racks per person. Being a REALLY good cook can be hard on the budget.
