A steak with a runny egg on top, or a burger, holland arise sauce, mayo, and a million BBQ and gourmet meals use eggs with the meat.
Try it bro.

Sorry, whenever I fire up the smoker or BBQ I always take potatoes, rub em with evoo, k-salt and Cookem 1 hr in the smoke then foil them till they are soft. Always got some on standby. Took some fresh green bean from HEB, chopped em up with the potatoes and fried em. Did the eggs last. Potatoes and green beans are pretty norm around here so they don't get much praise. The eggs are alot richer than most eggs from the store. A lady at work sells eggs so I always support the small guy. They have green shells.

Steak and eggs........yep, one of the best breakfasts out there, right up there with Chicken fried steak and corned beef hash.
And I must say you did a great job on all that, looks DElicious!
