Default Pig shots

We had a birthday party to go to yesterday and I usually bring a bacon wrapped fatty but thought I would try my first pig shots. One package of hillshire farm polish kielbasa, a 24 oz package thick cut apple wood smoked farmland bacon, one pkg cream cheese, about a 1/4 cup sourcream, finely shredded cheddar cheese,a little simply marvelous sweet and spicy, and some brown sugar.

This list of ingrediants made 34 pig shots

Onto the grill indirect at about 300 degrees with some cherry wood.

At the party I reheated them in the oven. They did not last long. Everyone loved them.

I've got a party to go to next Saturday, and I'm supposed to bring something to share. I'm thinking maybe I ought to bring some of these, too. Great idea, Jason! Thanks!
