Hello folks, I am just starting to bbq for the first time today (pork shoulder) but being from K.C., I have a long history of eating bbq. I've been reading the forums for about a week now and have gotten some good tips on the slow and low.

I'll try to check in here often, as I plan a summer full of queing ribs, brisket and shoulder. Probably will do some turkey and chicken as well, but mostly pork & brisket.

I'll wait until I get full clearence and post some of my questions on the form as they come up.
