Rudys is always a safe bet if they have one in Ft. Wurth. Best ribs I found on my recent tour. They also have real Dr. Pepper. I brought home 2 cases.

I would be tempted to try the newish Cooper's Old Time at the stockyards.

I have enjoyed the brisket at the Llano and the New Braunfels locations and
I love their entire serving and dining process.

Not as good as it used to be, but you should check out Angelo's on White Settlement.

Yelo, you got lucky, IMHO. Most Rudy's ribs I get are undercooked and tough.

You have to be careful at Cooper's. A little of brisket, some sausage, a pork chop, oh and some of that prime rib and gotta have a beef rib, hmmm, that pork rib looks good. $50 later and you still need sides. :-D The pinto beans are free.

Ya gonna do Billy Bob's? I loved that place. They got a little Q place in there, but we didn't eat there. If you hit the Fudrucker's, check and see if my picture is still on the wall. I tackled their BIG BURG!
Have fun Thom.
