Default Great customer Service

I know some members don't consider electric smokers real BBQ but I can turn out some great product on mine. I have to since community rules prohibit open flames etc. That being said I had great a customer service experience with Masterbuilt.

Some where between getting up to temp (which it did) and putting meat in, my Digital Smokehouse died. It was on the weekend and I called last Monday morning (12/15). The CSR told me what I needed to do. She emailed me a letter and I sent it all by UPS to Masterbuilt. They received it Tuesday. This morning UPS deliveres a brand new cooker minus the control unit which I took off my old one and put on the new one. Mind you, this was nearly a year out of warranty.

This customer service is so good I just had to sing their praises here.

Excellent!! That is good to hear. That kind of service is hard to find lately.

Nothing wrong with an electric smoker, as long as the food is good!!

Good service is what keeps companies in business.
I have heard it more than once on here and many other places. "it's not the cooker, but the cook"

Smoke On

Great service!

No open flames? What ... your locals hate grilling and BBQ?
