I built this exactly one year ago with many interested Brethren looking on. Just wondering if anyone else has made one? Mine is still going strong and making great pies. We did a seafood pizza last week.

I was gonna build something similar this year but I said fark it and bought an Akorn. I''l do my pies in there and have more time for beers and cookin. Nice build though!

I had a thermo that went to 550 and it pegged it. So I have no idea. It was hot though
