Well.. unless I find me some Schlitz we will be drinking XX lager in the bottles.... but will have to find something to prop them up on...

Yes I did.. found a jambalaya spreadsheet.. and there is nothing a CPA doesnt like more than a dad blain spreadsheet!!!!!! also read some interesting posts on Tiger Droppings from a guy from Gonzales where they use pork temple meat for the jam. So, going to give it a try.

Will let you guys know how it comes out...
