Default Food Trailer on CL

Found this thought it might work well as a BBQ vending and some roadside vending, any thoughts anyone? It may lack on prep area tho...

I wonder about the floor. Seems like it would be difficult to clean. Sure you can spray water in but that will not clean grease and the finish on that diamond plate doesn't always hold up to bleach etc.

I would check it a little closer. There have been several trailers on Craigslist in my area lately all with msn e-mails like this one. They all seem to be too good to be true. When you e-mail them they try to get you to send them the money in advance and then say they will set up for the trailer to be shipped. This may not be the same just a litlle warning just in case.

That is what I was wondering also, this "It is in immaculate condition and meets all requirements for FL licensing" threw up a flag to me but maybe they bought it in Florida and now live in Columbia, Mo. or something like that

That posting has scam written all over it. , the email I got on that same trailer was sort of like what frankenswine mentioned.

They live in Florida, but travel a lot so they can't make a deal in person. The shipping is already paid because a guy from california couldn't secure a loan for the trailer. But the owner of the trailer had already paid to have it shipped.

I told "KIM" I have family members in Fla, and that they would like to look at it and to just give me an address of where the trailer is. I explained this would be better since scammers are a dime a dozen on craigslist. Guess what?

I never heard back from "kim"

If it is too good to be true, it is a scam.
Oh yeah they were selling the same trailer in NJ

Every trailer I have seen on craigslist starting with any kind of symbol ie "***" has been a scam.

I just sent an email to CL, including all three postings... maybe we all should send an inquiry to see abt the trailer, referring to all three listings and see what they have to say if anything..... or better yet, send an inquiry abt it, then ask abt why the multiply listings across the country....

sent to:
[email protected]

included all three listings:

All three have been flagged for removal. You must have gotten C/L's attention.

An email to your State's Attorney General would be prudent as well. I'd hate to have an unsuspecting Brethren bamboozled!

Dang, I have had a scammer on here, do the same sort of thing with a car also. Way to be on top of things, would have been a cool trailer to start out with.
