I had to give the nod to SD. It's not every day you pick a new cook technique. That alone was worth the price of admission And that brat really fit the spirit of the category

I'm not sure what you consider to be around you but you can pretty much order my exact entry from a food truck called Portu-Galo in Providence Rhode Island, its only a 5 hour drive away from PA.
