Old Smokehouse

Wife and I went to the Old Smokehouse in San Antonio for dinner on Friday. Wife had the rib plate and I had the bbq special which was one spare, brisket and sausage. Used to be called Bob's until about a year ago when it was bought out by a Korean gentlemen and refurbished. It almost is too clean now, but the que is still excellent although the ribs were a hare on the tough side they were tasty! The brisket I think resembled more the beef clod we got in Lockhardt, had similar taste and texture. I definitely recommend to all brethren who stop in San Antonio especially on the NW side!
