Default Butcher paper...Which one?

I stumbled upon BP and there are two different ones. Is the difference only in length 18/40 vs 15/40? What sayeth the brethren?

I would imagine it would be length. 18 looks to be about 3 inches longer than the 15.

The 15 vs 18 is the width of the paper (15 inch and 18 inch)

The 40 is the weight (basically the density) of the paper.
