Between mid rare and medium myself. Medium is a little too cooked but still very enjoyable, and mid rare is a bit under cooked for my liking, but still enjoyable. In between those two, absolutely delicious for me, but that doesn't happen every time. Lol. But I'm usually at one or the other. :p
