Default Left over tri-tip put to good use

Grilled a nice tri-tip Saturday so decided to use the left over to put in some stir fry. Very tasty stuff. Hope everyone has a great week.

Left-over tri-tip?

I've never seen such a thing. Must exist only in Missouri!
