The biggest whole hog cooking contest in the United States is April 1st & 2nd there will be 82 cooks in Newport NC. for this event it is quiet the time. My team (BAWS HAWG ) will be cooking. will let you know how we do.

I will be cooking in Greenville on the 15th and 16th for the Pigskin Pigout also. Are you short cooks for the 29th?
