Your wings look amazing Marc, and I'm guessing they tasted even better having Munchkin's smile etched on your heart forever. Nothing better than the bond between a father and daughter.

Nice pics!

I crave jerk flavor. Anytime I see the word, I can nearly taste it. They look great.

Good thing you are gonna have more time to sit on the front porch cleaning your shotgun.

I've had to pick it up when we're in either ABQ or in another big(er) city like Amarillo/Lubbock (sometimes) or Dallas. I typically grab several jars at a time to help tide me over for a while.

Sorry, but I honestly don't remember. It's been a while.

I typically find it at Asian grocery stores.

I'd try Tri's Marketplace - Plus, they have a really great produce section.

I haven't been to Amarillo International Food Market yet, but the place looks interesting (and their Facebook page say they make bread fresh daily).

Hope that helps.

Well what a great post! Great stuff all around.

I've only recently been turned on to Walkerswood & love it. A co-worker told me she cuts it with a little honey, & I checked that out with great results. Looking forward to checking out Grace.

Great work, great kid, great wings - there ya go, Marc!
