chip in w/ a measly-weasly buck, I'll gladly go fetch this lovely Ranch, and y'all are invited to CT for one Big Brethren 4th of JU-LY Bash!

(I'll be up near Canada in northern NH, but feel free to cook yourselves silly on my Ranch (and any other kettle you want)!!

All I ask is that you clean up and keep the noise down after 10pm- got a lot of older neighbors.
