two Ny Strips to Medium instead of Medium well. I finally drove over to the Meat locker in about 10 miles away and picked up some Steaks. Then fired up the Egg made some twice baked Gralic potatoes then hats off the egg and took it to just over 600F.
the NY. Strips where awesome!!! and the Potatoes where pretty good too. I also picked up some burger, Bacon Mixed Burger patties, Pork chops, Brats and a Brisket while I was there. It is a small town locker they Killem and cutem in the same building no enhancing etc... I'll post pron of the other when I cook them.
