Hi all. I forgot to post here when I first joined, so I figured I would take care of that now.
I've been smoking for about a year and a half. I started using Alton Brown's flowerpot smoker and just bought the last Bandera from my local Wal-Mart this spring. I'm slowly adding the mods to the smoker and hope to enter my first contest in the fall of '05.
As far as the forums go, I tend to be more of a lurker than a poster, so I want to thank everyone for their responses to my questions in advance.
