My Go To Meals

I love waking up on a Monday morning knowing that I have a fridge full of BBQ leftovers after a big cook. My wife works on certain nights so I can throw something together for me and the kids quickly. These are a few of the meals we have had with leftover brisket. Quilaquiles with green sauce, brisket tacos and brisket nachos. Hopefully I will get time this weekend to stock the fridge up again!

Look killer Daniel. I'd hit any one of those. I find myself liking the leftovers and dishes made with them better.

Same here. Brisket with pickled onion, avocado and fresh salsa is probably my favorite way to eat it.
