Default Discussion Thread -> "Ultimate Lamb Cook-Off!" Throwdown (Entries and Quality ON TOPIC *CLEAN* Discussion Only)

Our new TD category is...

"Ultimate Lamb Cook-Off!"

Wow. Those are some nice looking chops! Wait a minute! I took that pic way back in the day before I became a TD moderator and had time to post in Qtalk and compete in TD's.

As chosen by Bluesman and dupemaster for their fabulous two-way win-win in the "Where's the Beef?" Throwdown.

Well now. Let's try this again.

I hope to see some new takes on this theme. Excellent choice.

When I was a kid, my Mom used to make a wonderful roast leg of lamb, with delicious gravy from the meat drippings.

Just sayin'.

I have a recipe floating around that I have always wanted to try. I would like to use the drippings, but we'll see how it goes. I do know that this being a first time with this recipe and process will be an adventure as always. Let the fun begin....

I imagine we'll have at least one or two Aussies in on this one, so expect some serious competition in this TD!
