Default Rate My "box" (for fun)

Thanks to James Liquori for these shots of the final turn-in plate for me and Myron Mixon on Saturday. Mine could have been better but the rain storm took it's toll on the paper plates and garnish.

First is my veg stuffed flank steak with red wine reduction, cherry smoked sausage stuffed grilled pepper and bacon coleslaw with southern bbq sauce followed by Myron's bacon wrapped chicken, potato salad, steak and other stuff. Thanks again to KCBS and to Myron for letting me play with fire and knives.

Nice plate SIDE...

Looks like Mr. Mixon doesn't spend too much time on the grill.

Yours blows Myron's completely away Clint. No question. From an independent Memphis Voter.

Clint,

Yours looks absolutely delicious. Myron Mixon's looks like something I would would toss in the trash. (I am being very honest)
