***2 available for Royal Pit bitches***
*** Myself, txschutte, and my my Uncle (who happens to be a butcher in the KC area) would like to help a team at the Royal.
I have much comp experience, and can man a variety of cookers. Would be willing to do anything to be allowed to help out. My Uncle, 0 experience, just wants to be able to see how a real BBQ team works. I would provide my own food, drinks, and would even be willing to pay a nominal fee to the right team to get my Uncle to see the inner workings. If no response, I will simply enter the open contest and pray like crazy.
