Hey! I've checked the forums here for info for years, and have come to regard the Brethern as a rather authoritative source for BBQ advice. My only gear is aging Weber OTS, 22.5, but I've used the heck out of it. Based on some information I found here, I ordered a new lower vent blade attachment, and will be installing that shortly. Thanks for all the tips over the years, and I'm looking forward to joining in the fun by posting.
