Default Albertsons Babybacks

I use to by my BB from Albertsons until they closed the store by me,since then I buy them from Sams.Lately they have had a lot of shiners. I saw a Albertsons add for BB buy one get two free, They where excellent w/ no shiners. I was only able to get twelve at a time, but now wish i had made several trips.

I have an Albertsons near me. Couple times this Spring they offered 3 for 1 on bbacks...only thing the price per pound was about 8 bucks. Sometimes I'll buy meat there, but it's hard to justify when the meat and seafood share the same air in the butcher case. t

I paid 6.99 lb so that makes 3 @ 2.33 lb. probably 2 bucks more than that at Sams.

So have the spares. Cooked three racks yesterday and all 3 had a bunch of shiners.
