Default Sat afternoon cook

We are doing a Small Chili cook off at work Monday night. I stopped by the store to pick up some Chucks for the chili and spotted some beef ribs. Man I love beef ribs.
I haven't posted any pron in a while so here goes.


Rubbed


Ribs.... Worcestershire sauce, Salt and pepper.

The ribs do look good. I have never had any either that were tender. Hopefully I will be able to change that with the help of the brethren.

My beef ribs take longer to cooker than the pork ones do. The beef gets really dark before the meat gets tender. Take your time with beef ribs. They get to a tender point really quick once they are ready.

Well I have been watchin football and got the chili goin.




Six large hothouse tomatoes skinned and chopped and one medium sweet onion


After adding 2 of the chuckies and some spices
