Pellets?
I was wondering if anyone uses pellets and how well they work with your setup. I'm thinking about buying some and trying them out. Also, is there any specific brand you would recommend?

There are a couple of great threads going on pellets - just search on Branch Creek, pellet, traeger pellet, etc. I'll go grab some links and post them in here for you as well, if someone doesnt beat me to it.
