Default Happy Hour Party

Wanted to see if anyone would be willing to give an opinion on my quantity estimates for a cocktail party for 80 people (fairly equal mix of men/women). I am serving ribs (single bones), smoked wings and MOINK Balls.

Figuring 3 bones/person or 18-20 slabs

1/2 case of parted wings....approximately 150 pieces

1 1/2 MOINK Balls/person or 120 total

Do these numbers seem reasonable or am I high or low? Appreciate the help

Thats a lot of ribs for a cocktail party.
2 bones, 2 wings, 2 MOINKS pp.

YMMV.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I know it seems high but the ribs are a special request and the will easily eat 3 bones a piece. I've seen them eat and I'm actually scared I might be short lol. So Shane votes for 3 MOINKS and Bubba says 2...anybody else have an opinion?

We are still working out the finer details but I plan on being around $600-700.

Pat,
One thing to think about is that when/if you run out of ribs (assuming everyone got a couple bones each)....people also love wings...make sure you have plenty of those, fairly cheap and easy!
