Default Temp/Time Question

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I couldn't really find a thread that matched up with it so I thought I would be "that guy".

I'm taking a shot at smo-fried wings this weekend and I've got about 10 pounds or so. Normally for chicken, I'm good going at about 300 or so, but because I've got some extra company at the house that night, I decided to break out a rack of pork spare ribs to cook too. Normally with ribs I'm doing 225 to 270.

I'm just not sure what temp I should aim for. Anyone have some experience trying to cook these guys together that could help a brethren out?

I'd compromise (sort of) and cook at 275. That's a good temp for both the ribs and the wings.

How long would wings take to smoke at 275? Maybe like 2 hours? After smoking them, I was just going to put a light dusting of a flour/rub mix, then fry them. I just want to make sure to not over do them.
