Default Fatty Pron

Its been too long since I cooked a fatty...so this morning picked up a couple J.D. Maple, rolled them out almost a block of cream cheese and some jalapenos. Rubbed w/ Billy Bones and Turbinado sugar. Cant wait to cut into...about 30 minutes.

I have only just smoked the whole chub, never rolled it and stuffed. Gotta try that.
