As far as I know I have a NEBS membership. How do I find out if I do or don't?

Um... Contact NEBS perhaps ?? Seriously though.. send a PM or e-mail to Steve Farrin or one of the other BOD members. Did you ever get a membership card ? Was the check cashed ? Maybe membership expired and you forgot to renew ?

I paid extra at 1 or 2 contests as a non NEBS member which the registration form said covered a 1 year membership. Never received a membership card or anything about renewal, though, so that money probably never went where it was supposed to. I'll check out the registration on the site.

Is NEBS always a grilling event or do they do BBq as well? I should probably join as so many events seem to have both events at one time. Scott

NEBS sanctions both KCBS "style" as well as grilling events. Team of the Year for NEBS is combination of the two (your five best total contest scores from any combination of BBQ or grilling)
