Judge Information for KCBS Sam's Club Tour

I know that based on your registration you already know if you're a judge or on the waitlist for judging the KCBS Sam's Club events, but how much prior to the competition do you receive additional information on judge's schedule, location details and other related information?

Usually week of but I just got the email today for June 23 contest.

I received confirmation on June 6th for the North Charleston, SC contest on June 16th and then received confirmation today for the Greensboro, NC contest on June 23rd.

That was the case for us for a contest at the end of May.

For Las Vegas, got the notice the Monday before the contest.

I got the one for Ft. Worth about a week before the contest. The one for Midwest City came the same day.
