Yep. Only a little bit of that made it home last night (AWESOME!), as not only did the birthday girl take some home, but Michele's supervisor snagged some too so her husband could try it as both of them grill and smoke but had never had a fatty before.

That was a very TOUGH decision! It was hard to even narrow it down to three. In the end I had to go with Cack...and no, it was not because of the cute little baby snake picture. It was the homemade cinnamon rolls and breakfast kabobs slathered with that sauce that did it for me! Second and third choice was Old Number 7 and BBQinMI, I guess I just love smoked salmon and poached eggs.

Thanks for tuning in to my press conference. we now return you to your regularly scheduled program, this was only a test of the emergency Throwdown network, Had this been an actual emergency you would have been told to run swiftly to your cookers and await further orders,
Good Day!

Awesome entries! I had to go with K-JUN on this one since I can't get my mind off the great flavor experiences we recently had in NOLA. Thanks K-JUN. Good luck to ALL!!

Well,
That made me hungry. I hope everyone that votes takes the time to see how all these dishes are prepared before they vote. It can really make a difference in what you vote for. I finally got a chance to take a look at all the cooks and have to say that there is not one breakfast platter that I would not eat. I wish I CoulD try everyone of them.
