sausage recipe
i got 2 butts in the freezer and i need a good sausage recipe. i would like to try a good jalapeño and cheese recipe, all i can find are with venison. i want a 100 percent pork recipe, i can make do with a regular smoked sausage recipe. thanks for your help in advance.

100% pork, I would go with a Bratwurst link. You can ramp up the heat a little and for the cheese, use a Hi Temp cheese or it will melt off as you cook it.
