Default Reverse sear ribeye

Went indirect with a ribeye for 15 minutes until 105 then a minute a side over the coals. Next time, I'll only go till 100 on the indirect. I'd like a little more rare but still, pretty good with some garlic mashed reds, blue cheese crumbles and sautéed shrooms.
