Reverse Seared Pork Chops
I picked up these really nice thick chops, and thought I would do a reverse sear on them.
Seasoned with SM Sweet & Spicy, and put them on the Yoder at 225. Pulled them at 115 and cranked the heat to 450. Seared 2 minutes per side. Made some garlicky kale to go with it. Sliced garlic, onions, and bacon. Thanks for looking! |

Nice meal! That would be one of the best there is! Is the Simply Marvelous rub good on everything? I saw it, but I dont need anything else right now.

Rub is good, but not amazing. It taste like it has a little 5 spice powder in it, or something similar, went well on the pork. Not sure how it would be on everything.
