Default Reverse Seared Pork Chops

I picked up these really nice thick chops, and thought I would do a reverse sear on them.

Seasoned with SM Sweet & Spicy, and put them on the Yoder at 225.

Pulled them at 115 and cranked the heat to 450. Seared 2 minutes per side.

Made some garlicky kale to go with it. Sliced garlic, onions, and bacon.

Thanks for looking!

Nice meal! That would be one of the best there is! Is the Simply Marvelous rub good on everything? I saw it, but I dont need anything else right now.

Rub is good, but not amazing. It taste like it has a little 5 spice powder in it, or something similar, went well on the pork. Not sure how it would be on everything.
