I have spent a bunch of time lurking here and finally decided to jump into the fray. This place is such a wealth of knowledge, it's amazing. My BBQ'ing background is meager compared to those on here. I look forward to spending time on here gaining as much knowledge as I can. Long term I hope to get into catering with BBQ as my specialty.
