Test run Harvest Brine
3 lbs chicken breast... 3 tsp harvest brine..... 8.5 hrs
185F internal temp Super moist and flavor migrated .. touching all parts of the meat! Fantastic! Who is up for dishes? Turkey is next in line!

Normally I carry chicken to 170F, but I was testing to see how this brine did if the beer kicked in and the bird was taken out late or a bad therm probe...
