Default 70 ppl party

Pulled pork and chicken quarters for 70 ppl. How do i figure the portions of meat? Do i do 70 pieces of chicken or no b/c im also doing pork?

Hey there, we tend to find chicken spreads further especially if you cut into 10 pieces (leg, thigh, wing, breast in half). If you decide to cut them like this I would do 10 chickens and ~16 pounds of pork.

Cook 5oz pulled pork per person and cut the leg quarters into legs and thighs. You need about 35 quarters (70pc ) of chicken and 38-43lbs raw pork.
