Mista you and I were on the same wavelength last night. Made me and the family one big ass frittata. A dozen eggs, some diced tomatoes, diced extra sharp provolone, italian sausage and fresh basil. I didn't get any pics, it's only a memory now.
I am starting to get a lot of catering gigs. Between that and the contests, I'm going to build my rep while raising cash. Going to talk to the guy that runs my local Moose Lodge to about renting out the kitchen for big jobs and renting space in the parking lot for a trailer smoker when I get one.
