Congrats Neil, and good luck, though I suspect you will knock em dead. How does your 'que compare to the guy who is leaving? Will there be a 'learning curve' for the customers?

From what I understand, He was selling a lot of whole tri-tips, chickens, pork loins and turkey legs along with his sandwiches and plates. Gonna have to find those large quantity customers and find ways to satisfy them. Might have to get another trailer and a larger cooker eventually.
