I'm going to be creating a different post on my weekend cook, along with picks of my new Jack's Old South Patio cooker (I think Patio means it will take up the WHOLE PATIO, lol)

Anyways, I will be doing 2 butts, 1 brisket, 2 spares and 3 baby backs. I'm cooking the Myron way so hot/fast @350ish, I have everything down to a science for the butts/brisket/spares but the Baby Backs is where I'm not sure.

I assume that they will take less time then the spares, but how much? If I'm cooking the spares for 3 hours, the baby backs will take what, 2-2.5 hours?

I guess the only way to tell will be to try it.

Higher temps mean a quicker cook. 2.5 sounds about right but keep an eye on them. If you choose to foil at any point, they will go quicker.

Agree completely with Puppyboy. Watch for pull-back on the BB's and perform the bend test rather than watching the clock.
