Default Chicken with a Potato and cream Corn bake

Bloody hell this was nice.
Cooked in the offset using redgum wood chunks.
Potato was layered with onion,Garlic, cheese and Creamed Corn.
Chook was pulled out at 72c and wrapped in foil.

Please enjoy.
Cheers.

Our recipes are usely rough and ready(rather to one's seasoning taste)
In a dish.
Garlic in bottom of dish
A layer of Potatoes -1/8 inch thick cut.
A layer of onions -1/8 thick cut
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with dry tasty cheese
Repeat layers
Spread a can of Creamed corn over the potatoes
Another layer of potatoes
Sprinkle again with cheese and season

Bake in bbq of ones choice at 180c for approx 1.5 hours (covered for 40 minutes).
The smoked cheese topping was great.
Change the whole recipe to suite ones Mood.
Cheers,
Titch
