Default Rotisserie Surf & Turf !

Howdy !

Heres todays Dinner cooked on the rotisserie ! American prime beef tenderloin seasoned with my Steak & bbq salt, olive oil and tasmanian pepper berries.

Put some scallops on the small skewer with bacon wrapped around it and seasoned it with a 1/1 mixture of my wondergreen rub and grated parmesan.
Cooked it on the rotisserie with some olive wood and rosemary for smoke.

Had a nice Salad as a side. Life is good !

So long,

DM
