Very cool! Not seeing a weight advertised though...just the 96.00 price. Will these be close in size to the one that Johnny cooked?

JD - $96 represents the most expensive weight. IF it comes in less, the brisket will cost less at the time you are actually charged for it. I believe 16lb is the top end. I am sure you have "Johnny sized" covered!

I liked everything about the "Johnny" brisket...nice even thickness to the flat...big meaty point...and good size. I thought Sterling said it was about 16-18 lbs...perfect!
