Default Creekstone Farms Short Ribs

Picked up some short ribs from Creekstone Farms. Seasoned with salt, pepper and a little granulated garlic. Smoked over lump with pecan chunks in the Long Weekender.

These were pretty good. This was my first go with a whole plate. Think I will go with the offset next time.

The wife and I are sticking to a keto diet. The side is a cauliflower casserole. It's actually pretty good.
