Default Turkey Legs!!!

Found some turkey legs at Walmart grocery for $5 for a pack of 3. Brined, dry rubbed with Myron Mixons basic rub and cooking at 250 with oak/ pecan mix. Going to drizzle with honey when they reach an internal temp of 165. Wish me luck!

Turkey legs have become one of my favorites. I usually just give them the standard Yardbird rub and smoke them over what ever wood I have on hand. It's hard to screw them up.
